Simple rules for the SL. First off, all PGDA rules will be in play. The only tweaks I will be implementing will be how we decide ties. I am concerned with the time of year and the amount of daylight. Sun set is 6:30 so that means 5:30 for us in the mountains and if it is overcast that could push us back to 4:30 / 5 of good light.

So that being said: No ties for top 10 finishers. Prize money will not be water'd down. There will be a playoff for players tied for first. Starting on hole 1. First player to win a hole will decide first place and the others will have a CTP on hole 18. Holes to be used for this playoff will be 1,2,3,17 and 18. All other places will be decided with a CTP on 18 as well.

Shot gun start will be 9:00 am. Second round 1 hour after last card is in.

Format:

Start Time 9:00 am second round 1 hour after last card is turned in

36 holes, total score. PDGA rules will apply.
First round shotgun start (start time TBA)
2nd round, modified shot gun. The bottom half of the playing field will be sent out in shot gun format and the top 20 players will have set tee times. This will allow for an exciting finish. More on this later.

Fee: $35.00 per player. Field will be limited to the first 40 players. Caddies are welcome for this event.

Payout:
1st $600
2nd $300
3rd $250
4th $200
5th $175
6th $150
7th $125
8th $100
9th $75
10th $25

Additional info: There will be more concrete info as the season moves on. Lunch will be provided for all players, burgers, dogs, side dish and drink. If you wish more there are stores just minutes away. Friends of players and spectators can purchase food and a raffle ticket. If need be, free camping is available on site and lodging is near by.
